If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the product may be returned in the same condition it was received within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us if there is a problem. Yarn must be in original packaging and original state. We will inspect the product and issue a refund. Wound or balled yarn or yarn with damage from animal hair or odours such as cigarette smoke will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Custom dyed yarn is not refundable.
Windswept Fibres is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office or carrier if there is an issue.
